Kitchen Renovation & Installation:
This project involved the complete refurbishment of an existing kitchen and dining area, carried out over a three-week period. The existing kitchen, flooring, and associated fixtures were fully removed before work began on the new installation.
Key Features:
Complete removal and disposal of the existing kitchen and flooring.
New screed subfloor installed throughout the kitchen and dining room to provide a solid, level base.
Harvey Maria LVT flooring fitted throughout both rooms, creating a seamless finish between the kitchen and dining areas.
Installation of Howdens kitchen units finished in Reed Green, providing a practical layout with ample storage and workspace.
Jura Limestone quartz worktops fitted throughout, with matching splashbacks installed around the kitchen for a durable, easy-to-maintain finish.
Fully integrated appliances incorporated into the design for a clean and streamlined look.
All required electrical and plumbing works completed to support the new layout and appliance installation.
Garden Studio:
This project involved the construction of a fully insulated garden studio designed as a comfortable space for painting, relaxing, and enjoying the garden throughout the year. The focus was on creating a durable, energy-efficient building with minimal maintenance requirements and a high-quality finish inside and out.
Key Features:
Foundations constructed using roadstone hardcore with rebar reinforced concrete base.
Treated timber frame built over a vapour barrier for long-term protection and durability.
PIR insulation installed throughout the floor, walls, and roof for excellent year-round thermal performance.
22mm P5 chipboard flooring and OSB wall and roof construction for strength and stability.
EPDM rubber roofing system with vapour control and ventilation to maximise lifespan and weather resistance.
Internal finish including plasterboard, low-energy LED lighting, and Silver Oak LVT flooring.
Cedral cladding in Pewter with A+ rated double-glazed windows and doors in Agate Grey.
Electrical installation inside and out, together with porcelain patio tiles, handrails, and external downlighting.
